Yes, one of the workers has a drone. I liked a lot this shot. I have another video from the back of the house and it is very nice too.

Today I bought the floor. It is a porcelain tile, a Spain's made and looks like wood. Also I got all the AC gadgets like 6 Alexas for control the house. It is an inexpensive way to have control of the electronic things, lights and more. The under roof, there are special sheets are glued to it, and are free of a possible fire. It gives about 89% reduction of the sun's heat. There, it is hot all year long. The average temperature is 70° ~ 80°F. You can find the La Garita, Alajuela weather temperature in Google. Just write it and you will get that.

The wife and I believe that in a couple of months we should be there...I can't wait.
