Resistor size in SC25
Resistor size in SC25
I am having trouble figuring the color code on this resistor it is in a Sonographe SC25. My unit was modded and I am going back to original. Thanks for any and all help in advance.

Use this calculator to give you the resistor values: https://www.digikey.com/en/resources/co ... color-code
I can't tell you by looking at the picture as the colors are always a little hard to tell with photos and I'm partially color blind!

Re: Resistor size in SC25
My unit does not have the resistor in it after someone modded it that is why I am asking. Thanks for your help. Also can not tell if it 4 or5 band.
Re: Resistor size in SC25
Not sure if this is helpful but there is a good high resolution picture of the board here: https://theartofsound.net/forum/showthr ... amp-SA-250
Perhaps you can look for the mod differences between your unit and the picture.

Re: Resistor size in SC25
Been there done that, the bottom photo is of the unit that is on the thread, someone from another site said it might be a inductor. Already have figured out the mod differences and it is the inductor/resistor and cap in my first post of this page, but thanks for the help.
