can someone tell me how to disassemble the silent blocks of the Evolution 20 please?

In general, if there is damping material between two things, it for energy absorption, and it’s probably held in place by an adhesive. If you can’t see screws or clips, they’re either blind or not there.
A picture would be helpful. The Evo 20 is not super common so most have probably not seen one in person.

you can't see anything from the photos, anyone who knows him knows that there are shock absorbers
