Wes Montgomery fingerpickin’
Great album from The Blue Note Collection. Recorded in 1957 and 58. It really shows off Wes Montgomery’s signature sound. Brothers Buddy and Monk Montgomery play vibes and electric bass respectively. The vibes are a treat, and the bass is steady like a clock. Freddie Hubbard brings his trumpet to the party too. Great album … oh yeah … I already said that.
It’s just stuff. I like mine. I hope you like yours. I probably like yours too.
