Agreed, I don't not need another expensive amp for table top system. My quest started when I bought Qutest Dac and did not know how to Jury rig it in my system, Then came matching Chord Annie integrated amp, great look with meager 10watts output, I am averse to headphones, due to ringing in ears so I returned and purchased Etude to drive Be126.
I went on scavenger hunt in house today and located some missing links and set my table top system to play, i feel that I have achieved 90% of what i wanted to hear(no tube preamp used).
