Used premier 140

Currently own audio research sp6 Pre amp. Is this a good match for B&W 801’s with the 140
Just need great Starter Advice

First, welcome to the site. It's great to have you.
The premier 140 should have not problem driving your 801's. The 801's are not the most efficient speakers but they aren't that inefficient that they would require a crazy amount of power. Even at high volumes you should be ok. I would have no reservations about running this combo.
