Thank you for the opportunity to register.
It is not advisable however to use Googledrive for a download in a safe computer environment.
Wanted to have a look at CAV-50 schematics ..

I'm not sure what "safety" issue you are referring to specifically. Googledrive is one of the largest file hosting platforms available. Google drive scans all files uploaded for viruses, so it is "safer" than say a direct download from a private server. But of course nobody is obligated to use their service.

Went and checked. So for the PV8 we have a schematic and parts list. I will update the original entry as there really there are no "service manuals" for CJ components.

Not sure how we earn permissions but I am on a facebook group where a fellow with a Premier 12 has no preamp tube filaments; Someone said the 11 uses DC. Lower current means lower ripple so often we see series filaments here in the front ends of low noise tube topologies. I suggested the possibility of christmas tree lights; 4 filaments only draw 150 ma from say a beefier bias supply winding.

Be nice to look see for myself, maybe give the fellow a leg up. I fix, design and build amplifier systems for musicians and have for nearly 40 years.
