Good day from the Philippines/Japan

Looking for another PV-3 owner. Mine was built in Japan and runs on 100v. Tubes are original I believe. Got this unit in 1991.

Welcome to CJO, great to have you with us! Don't own the PV-3 but it's a classic. Wow, original tubes,... that's something.

I know what you mean. I collect (and watch) laserdiscs and as they don't make any replacement parts for the players and almost nobody has the technical skills now to fix problems. I'm always hesitant when spinning up a disc.

BTW- I was in Japan last year for the first time in my life. I absolutely loved it. Beautiful country.
