MV-50 input sensitivity: true specs

Post by tubesound »

The MV-50 input sensitivity is listed as 2.35 Volts RMS to rated power on https://conradjohnson.com/vintage-conra ... -products/

However the MV-50 owner's manual lists the input sensitivity as 750 mv to full power at https://conradjohnson.com/owners-manuals/mv50man.pdf

Which of these is correct?

That's interesting. There certainly is a discrepancy with the documentation. I have to guess it is 750 mV as that seems to be in the typical range of the amps made by CJ around that time.
