Hi, I am new to this forum.
I am thinking about buying this amplifier. I have owned several CJ in the past and I am "on my way back".
My speakers will be the Franco Serblin Accordo (on order). Have anyone here experience with this amp and Serblin speakers?

Nice to see another one interested in the CAV45 S2. It's a beautiful thing! I had both versions S1 & S2 driving Quad ESL 2905's and later on the Martin Logan Ethos stats. It was wonderful!
However, no experience on your particular SF speakers and I don't have the CAV45-S2 any longer.
You may want to get in touch with Paolo, he's currently using the CAV45-S2 and also has SF speakers and Maggie's. There are a few others here who currently own the CAV45-S2 and are loving it! Hopefully they'll contribute towards your area of interest.
Under the amplifier section here on CJO, I've created a tab dedicated to the CAV45. You may find some useful info.

The FS Accordo look beautiful. FS really minds me a lot of Sonus Faber,... as it should as it was founded by Serblin.
The CAV45s2 is a wonderful unit that gives you tremendous bang for your buck by combing pre and amp into one unit. I don't see how you could go wrong. As RJ mentioned above, check out some of the topics on here about the CAV45s2.
