The whole process from failure to return in system was two weeks.
No one can complain about that turn around time for an out of warranty product.
I don’t begrudge them their charges either. They have a bricks and mortar factory and the attendant overhead. I would like them to continue as a viable successful boutique/bespoke artisan shop.
