Prices rising

Post by AnotherJohnson »

Prices are increasing.

The ET7s2 has been $12k since it was introduced, but shopping today, I see more than one dealer offering them at $13k retail.

Usually they have a decent trade in policy if you’re trading current or recent models for higher level current models.

But it isn’t getting cheaper to upgrade.
It’s just stuff. I like mine. I hope you like yours. I probably like yours too.

I think everything has been going up in price. My last two audio purchases increased in price (luckily after I bought them). The day after I bought my Holo Audio May DAC, they increased the price by a few hundred dollars. I bought a Bluesound Node streamer recently, price increased by $50 a few weeks after I had purchased it. Inflation is higher than it has ever been in the last 3 decades (here in the US) and I'm sure these companies are seeing their profit margins shrinking.
