Hello from Donegal

Post by pjm »

Fell in love with the CJ sound after a friend loaned me his PV14. It totally blew away my Linn Majik. Finally new what people meant when they talked about soundstages.
Swapped the Linn for for the PV14 and now use a Premier 18.
Rest of my system consists of:
LP12 with Funk mods
Ear 324 Phono
Linn C2200 x 2
Linn C6100
Linn Akkurate 242 Aktiv
Isotek Titan
Isotek Sigmas
Cabling by TCI/True Colour Industries

Thanks
PJ

pjm,

Welcome to the site. It's nice to have you. Looks like you have a great system. If you have a chance maybe you can post some pictures of your setup?

Donegal is in the Northern section of Ireland, correct?

Hi!

I've also a Linn Aktiv system, made up with Akurate DS, Majik 6100 and Kaber speakers.

I've just ordered a CJ PV-12AL, and should receive it next week. I've auditioned the Classic 2 which sounded amazingly musical to my ear, but since I don't have the budget to buy it yet, I decided to try an old PV model meanwhile!

Can't wait to hear this beauty sing in my system :D
