bias led

it seems i have a bias led that is not working in one of my CJ premier 12 mono blocks.
Both mono blocks play fine and i can adjust the bias in all the lights except in these one that doesn't light even when i turn off and on the mono blocks.
i have already change tubes and the problem is only in that led light.
Can i change the led for one like this or it needs to be change with another one with different specifications ?
