I have an original MF-2250, and one thing I seem to remember from when I had the cover off was that I counted a lot more C-J film caps than this MF-2550 unit seems to be sporting. From 2001 until now, I have NOT felt the need to upgrade. However, that is seen as a TERRIBLE sin in High End Audio........

I paid $911 for a used C-J MF-2250 without a scratch that looked just like new and less than 2 years old and it arrived in the original C-J box with the original manual. I removed the top cover and had a good look inside, and I must say it looks nothing like that Sonographe 250. I have worked in bio...
