Excellent news! Happy to see everything is working great.
Some speakers like Magnepan love the extra juice. Well done.

Re: For Sale Conrad Johnson CA200 $3000
Good luck with the sale.
I actually prefer the CA200 over the Premiere 350. I had the CA200 and sold it for the 350, then sold the 350.
I dearly miss the CA200. Superb integrated amp, err Control Amp.

Thank you Roberto.
Re: ET7
You are very welcome. I have a GAT2 that I’m thinking about selling but I can see the writing on the wall for a financial hit for myself as well. It hurts. I understand. I don’t remember your exact list price but you are probably correct. Good news though is that the prospective buyer can upgrade th...

Here’s a dealer ad for an ET-7 S2. He’s offering a full warranty.
Not to promote the above but this is a best case scenario. Even original GAT preamps are selling for about the same price.

Welcome Andy. Congrats on your new to you gear.
Re: ET7
There’s a regular ET-7 and an S2 version. Previous expired for sale ads show listings for $6500-7000. Unfortunately CJ resale isn’t the best and maybe the S2 might command a little more.
Where are you located, is it a regular or S2 version and what condition is it in? How old?

I'm sure it's wonderful but you are right, prices are getting out of control.

Re: Is there a factory option to reduce gain of GAT2?
I'm sure the ART 27A/150/300 and my Misho Wooden preamp could be great (because of the low gain) but I agree, most the CJ gear has way too much gain for my horns. I had the GAT series 1 with ART monos on Revel Studio2 speakers and it was glorious. That being said, my Duo XD are just way to awesome t...

Re: Is there a factory option to reduce gain of GAT2?
It's great seeing you here RJ. Thank you for the recommendations. I would never buy the Avantgarde SS amps or integrated. It's too solid state sounding for my taste, especially since I already have sweeter/warmer SS gear now that I absolutely love. I might consider the CAV45S2. It is supposed to be ...

Re: Is there a factory option to reduce gain of GAT2?
I agree that putting anything in between the CJ amp and preamp is not ideal. I may consider, at this point, a reasonable set of speakers to go with any additional CJ gear should I want an ART 27A/150/300 to go with my GAT2. A CAV45S2 looks like a very interesting option as well. I have tried attenua...

Re: Is there a factory option to reduce gain of GAT2?
Thank you I can’t part with my Duo XD. They are just too awesome and I already have a few amps that work incredibly well with them. One or two work especially well with my GAT2. I’ve had the ARTsa and ART monos and agree they are awesome. I’m curious about all the new ART amps, but not enough to com...
